Meet Ann Marie Kenitzer

My passion is working with businesses, products, and ideas that combine innovative capability with creative business models to impact how the world lives, works, connects and thrives.

I bring a unique blend of expertise from enterprise to early stage ventures, plus cross-industry and cross-functional experience, with recent seven years focus in the startup/small business arena as well as deep roots in the technology industry previously as a Business GM and VP/Dir. of Strategy & Operations at Intel Corporation and Flex Ltd. Hence, I uniquely apply fortune 100 rigor at startup speed in working with founders/CXOs, businesses, and leadership teams to focus, operationalize strategy, align, and ignite growth.   

I’ve worked with over three dozen startups, coaching and guiding on product-market fit, customer acquisition pipeline and positioning, business models, GTM and operational strategy, financial models, and refining pitch decks and documentation for investment readiness. I’m able to rapidly go deep understanding diverse markets and business models, dissect and synthesize complex problems and identify solution paths, refine strategy for sustainable differentiation and product-market-fit, ensure MVP and GTM strategy drive market validation of key assumptions, coach leaders, and identify what’s needed to build the systemic capability at each stage of business growth. I've either worked in or with companies across the following industries: Technology, AI, Industrial, IoT, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, ClimateTech, HealthTech, EdTech, Medical Devices, Media, CPG, and Non-Profits.

My corporate arena expertise spans the breadth of product management, business/corporate strategy, business operations, marketing, strategic planning, business and technology incubation, building partner and supply chain alignment, and global business systems transformation. I led an internal startup venture incubating new category customizable products to address hyper-segmented IoT markets, drove market intelligence and growth strategy for billion dollar datacenter business, led global supply chain IT business transformation, built novel business deals and technology partnerships, implemented strategic planning and roadmap processes in multiple domains, and enabled the semiconductor ecosystem 300mm wafer transition for manufacturing leadership.
